I forgot my password

On the sign-in screen tap Forgot password? and we'll email you a link to set a new one.

Can I sign in with my username?

Yes: type your username or your email with your password.

Who can see my profile and trips?

Profiles are private by default: only friends see your details and saved trips. You can switch to public in Account settings. Comfort & Safety answers and your birthday are never shown to anyone. More in the privacy policy.

How do I add friends?

Search for their username in the Friends tab, or share your invite link. Friends who open your link are connected straight away.

Why does the app ask for my location?

During a trip it lets you know when you reach each stop. It's optional and stays on your device. You can turn it off in your phone's settings.

Something I posted isn't showing

Shared photos, videos and spots are checked before they go public. If one was declined, the app tells you why. Check the community guidelines.

How do I report someone or something?

Email us with the username or a link to the post and what's wrong. We review every report.

How do I delete my account?

Account → Delete account. More about deleting your account.
